IT Recruiters position for our Consultancy.
Education qualification: Bsc, Msc, BTech, Diploma in computer science, MCA, BCA, MBA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Primary responsibility includes sourcing, screening and scheduling potential candidates to match the requirements of clients.
• Good Understanding of I.T Recruitment Process.
• Should have handled large volume hiring across technologies. (Microsoft Technologies, Java, Web Technologies, Client Server, etc.).
• Should possess ability to source profiles through job portals, head hunting, references and networking.
• Must have hands on experience in middle and senior level hiring
• Should be able to manage Clients independently.
• Follow up with clients to ensure closure of the requirements.
• Ability to work towards targets and work pressure.
