Job Description:
- You will be responsible for providing Customer
support/Technical Support and building customer relations
through Inbound/Outbound calls. Customer queries &
objections will be a major part of job profile.


Desired Candidate Profile:
- Committed, Ambitious and Friendly graduates/Under
graduates.
- Have exceptional spoken and written communication
skills in English.
- Basic & strong working knowledge of computers and a
keen interest in the Internet.
- Have typing skills of 20 words per minute (gross speed)
with 80% accuracy (Non - Voice).
- Be quick to learn, and have a passion for exceeding
customer expectations.

Essential Qualifications:
Education/Knowledge:

- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
- Graduation Not Required.
- B.A - Any Specialization; B.B.A - Management; B.Com -
Commerce; B.Sc - Any Specialization; B.Tech/B.E. - Any
Specialization; BCA - Computers; BHM - Hotel Management.
- Diploma - Any Specialization.
- PG - Post Graduation (Not Required) - OR -
- Minimum 12 years of formal education with three years
of education with English as the medium of communication.

Experience:
- Freshers
- Call center, customer service, and/or technical support
experience preferred.
- For candidates without experience, the requirements
listed under 'Education/Knowledge' to be considered.
