This profile is responsible for managing a moderately sized team that is involved in research and development activities related to Network Security.
The responsibilities include
• Daily Task management
• Interacting with the US team on task management and issue handling
• Ensuring targets are achieved, maintaining the quality of deliverables
• Technical reviews of the deliverables
• Creating challenging work atmosphere by identifying new things to work on and drive research initiatives
• Work on knowledge development plans and ensure their execution
• Conduct regular status meetings and standup meetings
• Mentoring the team on technical skills

• Developing Networking/Network Security projects
• Systems management and administration
• Operating Systems internals
• Security happenings and security related research activities
• Software Engineering life cycle and methodologies
