Today is your lucky day”, has been this accomplished pageant coach's motto for almost a quarter of a century, producing one Femina Miss India Universe (Amrita Thapar), one Miss India Earth (Gauhar Khan) two in the "top five" at Femina Miss India (Shilpa Keswani and Zoha Tapia), two Gladrags Megamodel Finalists (Punita Uppal and Zeenal Kamdar, one Sleepwell Miss Health and Body Beautiful( Raashi Malhotra ) and two Haywards 5000 Mr India World Finalists(Manish Raj Singh and Nipun Seth).Ritika Ramtri Kumar is also credited with coaching the Miss Kerala, Poona Club May Queen, Boat Club May Queen RSI May Queen and Corinthian Miss Yin and Mr Yang.

Ritika is the owner and director of The Tiara Pageant Training and Modelling School, located in NIBM Road, Pune Graduating at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Arts from the Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, Ritika has also done her M.A, M.Ed, M.B.A and DAPR. She also created and instructed courses in etiquette and soft skills for several blue chip companies and educational institutions.
